I worked a lot and spent too much of my life tired, stressed, angry.
I always thought I needed more to be happy, without realizing that the secret was the opposite way: having less. Lighten.
Less expectations, less chasing, less ambition, less visibility, less clothes (applies to the closet too!), less connection, less unnecessary things.
When you start to lighten your baggage make room for more savings and less spending, more health and less stress, more pleasures and less duties, more silence and less noise.
Wellness becomes part of your life, as if by magic.
And you begin to realize that life is a gift, time is a precious commodity and not a minute of it should be wasted as long as you are healthy, because you don’t know how long it will last.
That’s when I started downshifting gears and changing my trajectory.
I started my second life when I realized I had only one.
In one lifetime there are two, if we don’t waste time lingering.
It is necessary to lighten the baggage, leave the main road and take a new path.
Determinedly, without ever looking back, and without stopping to watch life pass us by

"We have two lives: the second begins when
we realize we have only one." Confucius
