Return requests must be made within 14 days of your order’s arrival date.

Items must be returned unused, in the original packaging and with all labels attached. In Italy, the refund can only be made with the original receipt.

Refund could take a total of two weeks.

You will receive a refund, minus shipping costs, via the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and vary by location:

Europe €20,
United States and Canada – Rest of the World $30
