Dress more with less, dress better with less fast fashion and more unique pieces, made in a sustainable way that respects the dignity of workers and the environment around us

It is a philosophy of life, a way of being that unites all the people who over the years have started as follow me on Instagram and share Dress more with Less values, creating a wonderful spontaneous community.

When I search for artisans in Mexico, India, Colombia, Morocco, I prefer women who have formed consortiums in social cooperatives to protect their labor, which is too often cheaply exploited. Or, as in India, I make small family tailors work rather than large factories where the work environments and pace are alienating.

Dress more with less’s is slow fashion that is environmentally conscious.

• The fabrics are natural and as much as possible made by hand loom saving energy and safeguarding ancient traditional weaving techniques.
• The dyes mostly vegetable, the prints mostly handmade.
• I have almost zero production waste because I reuse all the leftovers by making patckwork dresses or fabric bags that I use packaging when I send you scarves or and shoulder straps for bags
• Most importantly. I produce, by choice small quantities. I do not force artisans to work on piecework. We get where we can, I don’t want to overproduce. When the garments are finished, I close the online shop and reopen it the following season. So I don’t have leftover to dispose of in the environment with high environmental costs.
• Finally, I always pay what is fair when I commission a piece of work from an ethnic minority artisan in northern Vietnam, India or Guatemala,
  And I don’t look for exaggerated profit margins in reselling it. profit for me comes after the pleasure of the
  journey and research that led me to unearth that fabric or that artisan cooperative.
  The path is more important than the destination, in my life’s journey.
  Happiness for me is a simple concept: it has to do with freedom, not money.
